We currently have over 150 members in the Chaminade Club.  Our members attend musicales to either perform or listen appreciatively.  For performer members,  it is understood that they possess professional-calibre musical skills, and fulfill repertoire requirements  either in documented experience or in an audition before members of our Executive Board.

Audition Requirements:

Piano:

Baroque sonata:  1 movement (being the most challenging)

Classical sonata:  1 movement

1 Romantic piece

1 20th century piece

Voice:

1 operatic aria in Italian

1 oratorio selection in English

1 German lieder

1 French art song

Other instruments:

2 or 3 pieces of contrasting style and period
